Grace Hill
Grace Hill serves as an Executive Assistant to CEO & Operations Associate at Kimbell & Associates. Before joining the firm in October 2022, Grace was a student at the University of Richmond, earning her bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric & Communications with a minor in Creative Writing.
Grace has had previous internship experiences at Morgan Stanley, on Capitol Hill with Representative Dana Rohrabacher as a Legislative Intern, and at THE Artist Agency, a boutique modeling agency, as a Communications Intern. She also ran the sales floor at Breakers Surf Shop in Bethany Beach, DE.
During her time at the University of Richmond, Grace was the Poetry Editor for the school’s literary magazine and an active member of the Recruitment and Events Committees for her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma.
When not at the office, Grace can be found reading a book on the beach in Bethany Beach, DE or taking long walks around DC with friends. A Maryland native, Grace enjoys spending time on the water with her family.
