Eric P. Juhl
Eric Juhl is a Senior Director of Health & Reimbursement Policy. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Mr. Juhl was the Director for Federal Public Policy with the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) for nearly ten years. During his time at NACDS, Mr. Juhl focused on public policy issues related to prescription drug coverage and reimbursement as well as increasing access to pharmacy services in Federal healthcare programs. He worked closely with NACDS members on issues related to Medicare and Medicaid, the TRICARE program, and drug pricing and reimbursement among others.
Mr. Juhl previously was a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting, where he worked on various issues for a number of state Medicaid agencies and commercial insurance clients.
Mr. Juhl has a Juris Doctor degree with a Health Law Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Pittsburgh. He lives in Fairfax Station, Virginia with his wife and daughter
