David C. Rudloff
David Rudloff joined the firm in 2017 after serving as a litigation paralegal at Covington and Burling LLP. At Covington, David assisted with complex pharmaceutical litigations involving ocular drugs, anticoagulants, and antivirals in addition to supporting several white-collar investigations involving the Department of Justice.
At Kimbell & Associates, David has extensive experience representing pharmaceutical and medical device clients and working in coordination with trade associations such as the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA) and the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed). He has advocated on a number of diverse issue areas from the Medical Device User Fee Amendments (MDUFA) to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). David holds a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College and a M.S. in Healthcare Management from Michigan State University. He currently serves as a Senior Director of Government Affairs.
