Samantha A. Holland

Samantha Holland, Senior Manager of Health Policy and Reimbursement Strategy, joined Kimbell & Associates in May 2019.
Prior to joining Kimbell & Associates, Samantha worked at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) on the advocacy and public policy team where she conducted mental health policy research and provided project management for the team’s major initiatives. She also developed tools, resources and trainings to support NAMI’s state organizations and grassroots advocates. She played an integral role in launching a new data-driven advocacy strategy that connects grassroots stakeholders to their elected officials.
Previously, Samantha worked at Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney as a Legislative Aide during the 2016 Florida Legislative Session where she supported clients and tracked legislation for the government affairs team.
Samantha received her Master of Public Administration degree from American University. While in her graduate program, she worked at the university’s Department of Health Studies. Samantha graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, concentrating in political science and public administration.
