Matt Pang
Matt Pang is a Government Affairs Spring Associate at Kimbell & Associates. He recently graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis & Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Matt gained hands-on internship experience across various industries, including healthcare consulting at Segal, financial analysis for the AI startup Synapze GmbH, and policy research with the Veloso Justice Center. During his time at Cornell, Matt conducted research on a range of policy issues, from the impact of Medicaid expansion on infant mortality to broader trends in gender inequality. Originally from Baltimore, he enjoys tennis, motorsports, and rooting for the Ravens.
