Laura Holland Kemper
Laura Holland Kemper joined the firm in 2025. She has almost 20 years of experience in developing health policy and advocacy strategies on health issues. Laura has a broad range of experience having started in Washington, D.C. as a health care regulatory attorney. Kemper worked on Capitol Hill for former members Representatives Nathan Deal (RGA), who served on the Energy & Commerce Committee and Tom Price (R-GA), who served on the House Ways & Means Committee. She also worked for Senator John Cornyn (R-TX), who sits on the Senate Finance Committee.
Kemper served in the first Trump Administration as a Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislation and as a Counselor to Secretary Alex Azar, where she focused on discretionary health agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Institutes of Health. Most recently, she led legislative policy and advocacy for a large dialysis company. She received a Bachelor of Arts and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. |
