House of Representatives 

The House will reconvene at noon on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the House is scheduled to vote on H.R. 1549, the “Helping Sick Americans Now Act”, which would reopen the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Program (PCIP) from the 2010 health care law to new enrollees.
